Love doesn't know politics or family/friend relations. If you are in love with your friend, tell her. If she leaves her boyfriend for you then so be it. She wouldn't leave him if she was happier with him then she thinks she'd be with you.
Thanks for the advice. Some of the things I said in the other post that got deleted were:
1. She used to "like" me a couple of years ago.
2. My best friend thinks I don't like her very much, but I do!!!!! The girl I have a crush on was becoming close with my best friend which pissed me off so I decided I didn't like her. But I do now!!!
I should also mention my parents get upset when I talk to her on the phone a lot but she doesn't have an email, facebook, or phone so what other option do I have. Omg my life is so confusing.....
