I was in the same situation and i never got the guts to tell mine and i regret it every day, its now a year on and i've never told ANYONE, i just left it, i said i missed my period and no more came from it, i think he thinks i was pregnant but something went wrong and i dont wanna talk about it. Now its too far gone to say anything and i feel AWFUL everyday, especially as i recently DID get pregnant and he was REALLYY HELPFUL throughout my abortion... i'd say tell him you've came on, and then say thanks to him for being supportive and hope for the best, this isnt the way to keep a guy :/
