Is it normal to let a boy purposely win when your dating him?

Ok so I was playing pool with this guy and well I won so many times he got mad at me and it was only our first date. Is it supposed to be rule of thumb never to let a guy lose or is he just a freaking poor sport?

He's a loser. Girls beat me in all sorts of stupid games - bowling, pool, air hockey. Then you go home and make out with them. Who cares.

No. He's just being a crybaby. His ego wasn't manly enough to accept that a girl beat him, not just once but constantly.

I fucking hate when girls go easy on me, if hes getting pissed with you winning he must have gigantic anger problems so you shouldn't get involved with him otherwise you will end up in a river with a brick tied around your ankle.

You know what he was physically abusive to me. I had a protective order placed on him and left him. I moved to another state because he stalked me. And now I am happily married and let my man lose all the time. He likes it. Huh?

Maybe he's sexist. And or a sore loser.

  • Gee, what a baby. I don't see anything wrong with getting beat by a girl. O_o Its not like males are the dominant humans of the world or something. Tell him to suck it up and get over it. Or try harder in pool. :)

that guy's a renob! Definitely don't see him anymore. Sometimes I get upset with myself for playing badly in sports, but I never get mad at my date. And especially a first one. On the first date the person you are with is always in their best attitude, so imagine what it would be like 3 or 4 dates down the road.... scary.

Your right about that actually. He grabbed my arm so hard he left bruises. I left him eventually. He had explosive issues. It’s too bad he was good in bed. Otherwise I would of left him sooner.

  • He's supposed to let you win I thought, what an ass. Chivalry was a little extreme, but come on now, you should break it off with him.
