Trust me people I find this horrible too. I can't stand it when people laugh at the thought of it.

do you mean running, as in, running somewhere by foot, and then tripping over their dog with no real damage done to either the runner nor the dog?

If you mean "run over" as in squish the dog with a car, then hell no.

That's not funny. I saw a dog get bumped by a car last year. It wasn't badly hurt but it was still disturbing and unpleasant.

No. It's too sad. Maybe with a bycicle, IF the dog is OK.
