I can understand cutting, its something you can control. Some people need that control, when they have nothing else. Or maybe some just want attention. Scientifically, from what I've read, all humans, being social beings, wish to help, see a result. Seeing a result from our actions releases endorphins. Just how after helping someone makes us feel better about ourselves, watching the product of our reactions releases endorphins. Making them feel better.
Is it normal to know so many suicidal people?
