Nothing crazy happened to me..or anyone i know for that matter... stop assuming, just looking at my 6yr old sleeping and loving my life with him... i did just binge watch crime story stuff. I AM serious about my sons protection.

I could, if given a chance probably even do the same to the asshole in the Navy who decided to make myself and a female I worked with a couple more notches on his sexual abusing headboard. We went to another boss to report it. They told us "He's being transferred in a couple weeks". Let me tell you I really felt so warm and fuzzy after that. And yes I'm being sarcastic. So myself as an adult, I have NO TOLERANCE for pathetic bastards that feel it's ok to take advantage of the small, innocent and the weak, and those Weinstein's that use their position of authority to prey on victims. Damn, this is supposed to get easier to talk and think about even after all these years. I wish I could look him in the eyes and Get justice. I don't see that ever happening.
It’s been done before. There’s two cases I remember. I guy in Texas walked in on a farmhand assaulting his 6? yo and he beat him to death on the spot (no jail time). a grandpop shot his grandsons molester in the courthouse and killed him, he’s in jail. So it’s noble, but there’s a risk.
Yes. I would kill one too if it touched my child. Jail time means nothing to me so long as my baby would be safe from that monster.
Revenge is a very natural thing for people and it would be very easy for some of us, so it is normal and you shouldn't feel bad about wanting to do it. But revenge won't undo what that person did, and it also doesn't make it right. I'm not saying the justice system is perfect either, in fact it's shit. It's also focused on revenge, instead of on reforming people to actually make them safer for society when they're released. So maybe if you only killed those unreformed child molesters when they're released (once you have definite evidence that they would otherwise rape again), not because of even the slightest desire for revenge but just because you want to keep society safe, then it would be ok. But otherwise it's wrong.
When the people in power defend abuse, refuse to outlaw child marriage, and don't understand consent, then society is never safe.
Given what is at stake (lifelong depression, self harm, trust issues, and a broken sense of self for an innocent child), anything is justified. Anything.

If you kill one person you could kill more. Think twice. What if that pedofile was your family member. Can you kill someone you love.get some help. Or just o out and find a pedofile amd pull that trigger. When you wake up in the morning see how you feel.
I would kill a child molester only if I knew I could get away with it. If they were in the woods or some place remote. I'd hate to go to jail because of them!

My friend, Donna, that I grew up with got drunk as hell with me once and told me that the stepfather that was at that time in prison for molesting her was not the one who did it. The actual perpetrator was his teenage son, whom she had a crush on and didn't want to see in prison. So, to get out of it, she lied and said it was the dad. Sux for him.
I think death is too easy of an out for them. Those poor children have to live with it the rest of their lives.
It's easy to say yes, but in all likelihood, if you know one, they are a relative of yours. It's not so simple when it's your brother.

Why aren't these concerns addressed in the gay community?
In the same sense why are so many male to young female child molesters "straight" men? You don't hear about gays molesting young girls. Of course not every straight man would rape or molest a young girl, but not every gay person will molest little boys either.
Didn't know that stat, but if that's the case what's the stat of straight men who molest young girls?
Just because gay men like men doesn't mean they are all pedo's who molest boys. Just as all straight guys who like women don't molest young girls.

Killing an innocent person is wrong to me because of various moral reasons. For that reason, I would feel bad.
If I truly believed that what I was doing was right, because the victim was evil, I wouldn't feel bad about killing anyone or anything.

It's a sort of modern concept that killing and being exposed to death have huge, lasting, harmful psychological consequences.
Exposure to death and violence was much more common back in ye olden times. Ordinary people had to kill sometimes, and children saw dead bodies.
We're more protected by the law and government, so our Western societies have become softer and more liberal. I'm grateful, however.
Killing people has it's repercussions. Someone you know is a child molester should be punished. But reactionary people have a small problem, they want to kill anyone who isn't them. Proof is required and even that "proof" can be wrong.
I'm not condoning child molestation. In fact I believe harming a child to be the most deplorable act one can commit. But killing someone is a close second. If you have seen it with your own eyes or have indisputable video proof sure. But just killing people just because?
I agree the molester should be punished and gut reactions by the majority of people would be beating them closely or to death.
Prison is just fine too. They are the most hated in the prison system because many in there were molested themselves. They usually have a very hard time in the slammer.
The problem is our "justice" system. They are soft on those who committed sex crimes.
They feel they did the time for the crime, but each crime is different. When you rape or molest a child it usually stays with them for life while the pos who did it gets out in under 5 years. You can't cure a pervert either. It's like telling a straight guy you can't be with a woman. It's bred in them.
10/20 years to life for raping a child or better yet cut their dick off.
