I think it's as weird as you make it. You kiss someone to show affection/love. I'm 15 and I kiss my older brother (23) and older sister (25) on the lips. There's nothing weird about it for us because that's how we grew up. We have different dads and same moms but our parents pretty much raised us the same. Only difference is that their dad is from Uganda so I assume it's just the culture there. We're all really close. We showered together when we were younger. I genuinely think that western culture has made it a taboo to be affectionate towards family members. But I guess as long and it's comfortable for you and your family.
