Its totally not normal and it has nothing to do with culture. As a baby you are breast fed and your parents need to see you naked because they have to bathe you. But kissing on the lips I don't see that as any kind of biological neccessity for a baby so its not appropriate. If a person thinks it's casual and no big deal to kiss their family member on the lips then they should feel the same for anyone else because incest is gross but if you in no way feel its anything like that then you should feel the same if not more comfortable kissing any none family members on the lips. If you couldnt kiss your friends on the lips but you can kiss your family members that should tell you it's weird. Point is I could never imagine ever kissing one of my family members on the lips gross youd probably get some of their saliva on your lips or in your mouth. It's just gross and I can't see that as being normal in any way I find it cringy honestly.
