What is wrong with people, making this poor woman look like a slut! It is totally normal and things such as this hppen every now and then. She is not sick! It is her mind missing around.
This is totally normal and my suggestion would be, your brother in law should move out or your family if it is at any point possible.
No doubt living together with some attractive person around the house pops such thoughts up on our minds and we can deal with it by making the right decisions
