Is it normal to keep having feelings of dread?
Lately I've been feeling really strange in the evenings, (I'm usally okay during the day) I've been starting to feel like I've forgotten to do something, which is followed by the feeling of butterflies and dread, and then i get really depressed. I don't understand why i feel like this and its really putting a downer on life. I've started to feel like my life is pointless and i want to understand why. Can anyone help me please?
