  • It's normal to have the desire to want to lose more weight but honestly it's not healthy in most cases. If your body has the curves then it should stop right there. The purpose of losing weight is to improve your health and to strive for a more attractive appearance. That's the furthest it should ever go. Anything beyond that is just crossing the line and putting your health and image at risk.
