It has to do with his white extinction conspiracies and having as many white people as necessary to fight a race-war with the Arabs.
Whether or not you want to admit it, it's a rather valid assertion.
Non-White woman: Have ten kids (regardless of whether or not you can afford them).
White woman: Have ten cats - and call them your babies. Because, you know...it's the same thing, right?
