Well, its very common when some one complains that he works honestly, but others do not.As for in your case, you are a shy person who does not want to hurt others feelings and tolerate aal the wrong doings.It is quite normal and a virtu too. There are not so many people who tolerate others and soon get biger problems. My advice is keep your self as you are and do your job honestly. your concious would bey peacful and calm. moreove you will not get futher problems by protesting. Nobody will help you and you will find new enemies among your co-workers.
