Perfectly Normal I would say! You are attracted to the person, and knowing the person in the picture adds to the enjoyment in my opinion. I've been doing this since Middle School, and still do it as an adult. There isn't anything wrong with getting off to pics of friends, or someone you know. I just would just make sure to never post or share those photos anywhere else without their permission. That could be risky, but simply jerking off to photos of a nice looking friends new bikini or something like that I imagine to be perfectly normal.
