    So if the other guy judges you based on a stereotype he's a racist. But if you judge yourself based on the same stereotype you're trans-ethnic.

      No. What I meant is that if somebody identifies themself as another race then they are trans-ethnic. However just saying to someone "you act like *any race*, therefore you have to be one of them" is racist.
