I will tell you something : I had this problem too , then one day I met the boy I only knew from online contact and we are 3 years together now , in an absolutely normal relationship. He moved so we are living near each other and everything´s perfect.
I know this is rather an exception than a rule but maybe you will have the same luck as me with this girl ;)
