Thats like saying killing yourself slowly and painfully is a "natural" way to die. We're doing this to ourselves! Why do you think the air was so much cleaner 120 years ago? Did you think we farted rainbows as opposed to chemical emissions? Bull s#*t! Pretty much everything we used back then was powered by steam. Water in gas form. Not to mention there were a whole lot more trees back then which ironically (if you paid attention in biology) absorbed carbon dioxide.
