      Men continually produce semen/sperm, so you're not wasting anything.

      I don't think holding it in is a good thing though.

    Yes... It is very bad to try and do. It can cause retrograde ejaculation and can cause severe abdominal pain and can even lead to the need for surgery. Please dont do it!!!
