For as long as I can remember I've had 2 voices in my head. Both of them hate me and constantly put me down and undermine reality.
They have ruined every good thing I have ever had in my life.......
Correction I have allowed them to ruin my existence.
Someday I will be able to ignore them, I've gotten better at it but I have a long way to go.
I am 37 years old and I dream of the day I'm free from them.
