Ok well I am religous and I would call tht spiritual warfare. For this of u who don't know wht tht is it's when angels(yes there are angels no matter wht u think) and demons fight for the right to have u or speak to u. I once heard a voice shout "it's ur body Amanda!" and I was terrified. The voice was so clear like someone had just shouted loudly into my ear. But I urge u to pray for saftey when it comes to tht because it is real. And whtever is sayin tht stuff to u might not always have the good intensions .
