It happens to me too, once in a while, but it's not a voice I know, I heard it shout NO once, frightened the shit out of me, I sat up, no one was home, no T.V on, nothing like that. Then another time it was two seconds of mumbles and then I heard a big bang!!! So freaking weird! I'm not religious by any means, but I believe in Christ and let me tell you, my ass started praying for that shit to stop!! It has, but man, it was frightening!!
