I had one of these mothers but the technology wasn't available to deal with her!
You deal with her as you do with all bullies - you bring her behaviour out into the public.
I would record her behaviour and then show it to her friends (as if you're having a bit of a laugh), or her minister, or post it on U-tube. Let her friends and neighbours see how she really behaves! She doesn't see herself as you see her either!
