I periodically hear what’s sounds like a gunshot outside.. Then usually someone screams, most likely a girl!! I hear people yelling and screaming all the time!! is this normal??
and if not, what should I do??

If your in my country, Iran, where police opens fire on people in random because they wear green... yeah that's normal.
i hear what sounds like a trash can being thrown down the street then i look out the window nothing is there. might be a ghost replaying its death over & over.
had the same problem... ugh you should move asap thats what i did. too many innocent people are killed by stray drive by shootings makes me sick especially when it's children.
Do you live in a ghetto? Otherwise it's not normal an you should call the police
