You can't change her, you can only change your response to her behavior, which may in time lead to her changing.
I suggest you check out AlAnon, which is for friends and family of alcoholics: I did years ago on the recommendation of a friend and although it's all a bit daggy and I had to ignore all the god stuff, it helped me a great deal.
