Is it normal to have your balls shrink and tingling, with bad thoughts

When a bad thought enters my head, or i see something bad, my balls shrink down, and i get a weird feeling all over down bellow. I know (or at least hope) it's not arousal, because there is no 'enlargement', shall we say. I hope it's anxiety

so is this normal?
