If you are worried go to see a doctor, but I believe it is normal vaginal discharge and if you did not have it you would have a really serious problem. The discharge does change its appearance during the cycle of your period, so it can be almost colourless at times.

My ex gets it all the time and wears panty liners all month around because of it. She saw a doctor because she'd had unprotected sex with a number of different men. Turns out there was nothing wrong with her and some women just discharge more than others.

Go to the doctor, it might be some sort of infection.
