I think it depends on the individual, when I was in high school there was a guy who was like 17 in my autoshop class who was a little slow but he had like 50% grey hair and I even remember seeing someone (must have been a senior) who was already going bald.
I'm 29 and I can see a few grey hairs and now that I'm growing my beard from the last time I see like 4-5 grey hairs on my beard all close together. Personally I don't give a shit if I start getting grey hair and I will never dye my hair if I go grey.
Try to look at it on the bright side, if you get more grey hair you might pass for being older and can get into bars before you're 21 !!
