Is it normal to have white dots on your nipples?

I am an 18 year old female and for about 4 or 5 days my right nipple has been sore. So I decided to look at it and both of them have like white dots. Not on the aeolas but right on the nipple.

Have you experienced this before? Is this normal?

    They are NOT bumps. It looks like some white substance is lying in tiny holes in my nipples.
