Is it normal to have white dots on every single finger nail?

some people say its to do with a lack of calcium in your diet but what really causes the little white dots you get under your finger nails? i have them on every single nail, always have. is this normal?

    Even my puppy had those. He wasn't being taken care of very well. I took him when he was about 6 weeks old because he looked horrible. My vet said it was lack of calcium. He is fine now.

    I sometimes bite my nails and get those quite often. They can also be stress marks.

    That is a calcium deficiency. Drink lots of milk.

  • Apparently it's if you don't drink enough or if you don't drink allot of milk. I dunno lol something like that

    I get those too! I was once told it's a lack of vitamin A & B. So maybe try taking more vitamins, if you aren't already :)
