STOP washing down there, you can end up with an infection if not already, the vagina cleans itself.... If its itchy it may be thrush and that's easy to deal with, wear cotton underwear and buy an over the counter medicine to stop the itchy, if its not, but your experiencing pain it may be VB (google it) and that will need antibiotics to sort it out. Otherwise it is normal to have discharge, it shouldn't smell if it does it should be like a musty smell.....
Is it normal to have white curd like substance in vulva?

Sorry to disagree, but I think that you shouldn't advise her to STOP washing down there. The vagina may clean itself but the vulva certainly DOESN'T.

Actually I can, if you don't want to stop washing that's fine but don't use soaps.
