Is it normal to have white/clear mucus before my period starts?

here's the story.

My cycle usually ranges from 31-35 days. since January, i've been having 1-3 days delay because my stress levels are really high.

There are the days I had my LMP & etc.
november 14 (days after, was paranoid i was pregnant.)
december 21 (I WASN'T. but my period was 4-5 days late.)
January 24 (safe.)
February 25 (safe)
March 27. (days before, my bf and i were just dry humping / rubbing / fingering. he came, but right after,he washed it off twice with soap and water..then went rubbing agian. but he never really put IT in. I got paranoid days after... but i got my period on march 27. )

1 week after, which is usually the safe week, we were rubbing and all, (he didn't put it in). there were times it almost went in, but only the tip of his penis, but he pulled out.after a few minutes, he came on my tummy. i was sure it didn't reach my vagina or anything close..then we showered.

my period was supposed to be due last april 28-april 30. i'm now 6-7 days late. they say you should feel dry days before your period, but as for me.. im having white mucus/sometimes clear. i took PT's twice, but both are negative.

i've been sleeping 4am every night since the first week of april for some reason, and been dieting(fasting) and exercising for 2 weeks now.

im really scared that i don't have my period yet. im confused. :(

    Clear/white mucus before is normal because the uterus or whatever is shedding its lining.

    its normal it happens a lot to me and also the late days.. its completely normal

    You really need to use a condom. If he doesn't want to use a condom, you still need to protect yourself and use a female condom in addition to some back-up contraception if you really do not want to get pregnant. Pre-ejaculate fluid contains live sperm.

    That happened to me once, I asked a friend about it, she said it's normal when you're ovulating :)
