I don't get it, why isn't "T" kissing you? I'm sure there is nothing wrong with you. He is the guy and normally has to make the first move. Is he shy?
If he is, you'll most likely have to make the first move or make him feel comfortable. Maybe he is just as afraid of kissing as you are (guys can be really shy, so you'll have to take initiative). If he is not shy, then I'm clueless. hope thsi helped
