penguin1, dude you have yet to learn that this guy can actually get away with the crime if he kills the man, dumps him in th ocean with a suitcase so people think that he left, keeps the money hidden away from his house, then when the invest. is over he can dig up all that money and move to avoid being caught with all the money money... then again I guess he should see a doc.
dude your logic is so flawed. First of all when dumping his body into the ocean he would more than likely be spotted for a number of reasons. second of all he's probably not the only one who knows about the money so if he moves all of a sudden the he will become a prime suspect. the smartest thing to do would be to blackmail someone else and not to make a movce until they've been convicted, but he'd still have to be on the look out for unconvinced detectives.
