Sharp chest pain is most likely not caused by any heart condition. It's the usual pain of the pleura (membrane that covers the lungs) and nerves associated with it, that usually begins or worsens with deep breaths and coughs. It can be associated with posture, irregular breathing, and most of the times is bening and not dangerous.
