Is it normal to have urges to self harm?
I often have urges to harm myself very frequently. I also research ways to kill myself and think about it once a day. Are either of these things normal?

My best friend went through this stuff. It’s really scary and she was getting better but recently got really bad. She got help and is on medication and has a therapist. It’s really hard for some people to go and get the help because they think they’re okay and that they can handle their problems by keeping them to themselves. Just know that it’s okay to get help; it doesn’t make you weak or look crazy. If you really need it, it’s what you need to do to be happy
