  • U should find a more constructive outlet for this desire. i would say try ripping paper but ur impulse sounds much stronger than this. Maybe u should try doing the opposite of destroying things and try the other extreme - creating things -sculpting sounds like its perfect for u it is a good stress reliever and you can build it up and knock it down as often as u like. Also if u can appreciate the hard work and time put into making ur own creations i think u would be less inclined to destroy things
