If they are quite uneven, then sure, it'll be noticed, maybe even seen as a bit weird. That said, all you need to do is have stronger qualities in other areas to make the breast size difference not that much of an issue.
On their own, your breasts may not be that desirable compared to even ones.
Your mother shouldn't mock you for it, though. She may think you are in on the joke, so tell her it hurts your feelings.
I thumbed you back up because this is a perfectly fair response.
Unusually a-symmetrical breasts would probably be seen by a lot of men and women as a flaw, just like a wonky nose, crooked teeth, uneven jaw, lopsided mouth etc. would be seen by many (not all) as unattractive qualities. Anything aesthetic that strongly deviates from the usual is prone to being characterised as 'ugly'.
Of course, a normal degree of a-symmetry will pass unnoticed or may add character. In OP's case, I don't think many would notice one boob one bra size bigger than the other, so I doubt it'll count against her.
Sadly, it's the community this site has. Feelings are more important than facts, and people will be damned before they let rationality hurt the feelings of a girl on here.
It's nothing but a highschool teenage girl routine, to be honest. Doesn't matter what you say, it matters on the popularity of what you say.
I have my assumptions on who it is.
But hey, I, alongside you, and any other rational minded person out there, we should focus on what is said more than how popular something said is. Not saying I am a genius, so don't assume what I am going to say implies that, but in a numbers game of validity, a thousand idiots can beat a genius, it doesn't make them right, just makes them part of the problem.
Is it normal to have uneven boobs?

Kind of patronizing for girls, if you ask me.
