Did you even read the post? He's asking about friendships with his fraternity brothers, not relationships with chicks.
Poster, I don't know what to tell ya, since I'm not a guy, but the best I can do is tell you to just be yourself and even if you feel insecure, don't act it. Guys prey upon other guys' insecurities and weaknesses. If you feel like there is one guy you can trust to approach and ask him what's up, do so. Otherwise, just keep inviting yourself along and be yourself. As fraternity brothers, they shouldn't be acting this way. I'm not sure how frats work but if it persists, just say fuck them and drop out of it, maybe?
