I'm surprised this got a 100% agreement. While this seems normal at first, your comment about it involving your sleep makes it cross the line into a problem. If this goes on longer than 3-6 months after incidents, it is no longer ok. At that point you are going to need some help. Either counseling or anxiety meds or both. No shame in any of that! You deserve to have peace in your life!
