Check your pulse. Last summer, I finally told a doctor about the same symptoms you're explaining. After a couple of tests, they determined I had a condition called, "Heart Block". (Not a heart blockage). My heart was only beating 30 times a minute. That explains the light headedness and fatigue. Long story short, I had a pacemaker implanted and I'm fine now. Put your index and middle fingers on your neck and count the beats. If it's below 55-60, that might be your problem.
Is It normal to have trouble breathing?

Where on neck? I can't find any pulse there, but I am definitely alive. And I assume that's beats per minute?
Thanks for that! I actually tried this!
