Is it normal to have to sleep with noise

Yes. I pretty much live alone and absolute silence is creepy. I sleep with the tv and my fan on.

I do this ever since i had a traumatic experience... Cant sleep without any noise, must be the fan, the computer, music, nature sounds, white noise, an audio book, etc...

Its normal... I sleep with the tv on... If it isn't then I can't fall asleep.. The fan don't work for me

Get a sound machine. They are the best and I cannot sleep without mine. Also, there are some great apps for "white noise" type sounds.

The TV fucks with my dreams. I don't like it on at all. I can sleep with the fan on but I usually wake up congested. A little light music is preferred.

I need the fan on also. Even if it's cold.

Me too. I gotta sleep with the tv on but sometimes my boyfriend makes me shut it off so I'll just put on the fan. Silence drives me nuts.

I have to sleep with a fan on. Can't sleep with out it. If there isn't any noise I wake up every 5 minutes.

Totally normal it's just too quiet without white noise u know?like your mind can't relax I like havin the fan on but tv always does it too
