thats what you think but it took me awhile to notice that if you just try your hardest to be happy, it's better than letting whatever puts you down to be on your mind. I only recently realized this and im still improving on blocking out the bad thoughts and im considering on taking meds because it's kind of a short cut..
is it normal to have to force yourself to be happy
