Is it normal to have this sleep schedule?

I work from home and I don't have a lot of outside forces the make me have to get up early like the earlier days of my life. Lately i've been pushing more and more into the zone of making day night and night day. i generally fall asleep around 6- 7 am and get up at 4pm. what are your thoughts on this.

    Very unhealthy although it's normal. Our body is not designed to stay awake in the night. You're messing up with your metabolism which can lead to myriad of health problems in the long run. Sleep at night and be awake during the day.

    Not common but if your work doesn't require you to be up during "normal waking" hours who cares? Might make it harder to socialize with people that aren't in night shift medical or other similar things but hey your life.

    Not really normal, but if it doesn't cause you or anyone else any real problems I don't see an issue here.
