  • Sounds creepy. You can try looking into lucid dreaming techniques. Recurring dreams are normal, and you can use your familiarity with this dream to assign yourself a dream sign (probably a light burning out). The basic idea is that when you see your dream sign, it will remind you to perform a reality check, and you will realize you're dreaming. Then you can control the dream however you want, even simply stop this one.

    • Reading up on lucid dreaming is a good idea. The technique I use is counting. I count my fingers every time something seems like it might be amiss, as well as periodically throughout the day. When I'm dreaming there are just… so many fingers. Too many.
