Is it normal to have this ridiculous diet after giving up vegetarianism?

I got this simple diet from the internet, from BBC Good Food, and when I demanded a food I wanted exactly as I read it on the internet, there was so much conflict with my mother, so I repeatedly went shopping to buy exactly the food I wanted and for a snack I had savoury popcorn, for lunch I had a chicken sandwich (chicken from the chicken curry that wasn't quite cooked but to me the chicken was cooked) on wholemeal bread served with a large lentil salad in a mild curry dressing, and for dinner I plan to eat my mother's chicken curry with peas and potatoes in the curry served with a bean and lettuce salad, with brown rice and quinoa which I bought from the shop and I told my mother to serve the curry with the brown rice and quinoa and that's lucky for me because the internet suggested dinner to be served with brown rice, quinoa, or wholemeal pasta, my mother made so much conflict with this diet, and when I had lunch like that, I was satisfied and full, and I was happy, it met a desire and want, and my mother was irritable and narky, in my next shopping, on Thursday, I plan to also be on the Subway diet, and only partially be on a liquitarian diet, just not all the time, my mother even hates the Subway diet, but the idea is to not eat higher calorie fast foods and that means no Hungry Jack's and no McDonald's, and there's no way I'm eating Emperor's Crown because there's no brown rice and quinoa and no lower fat cream cheese on crackers & no starchy carbs and lean proteins in that restaurant, I couldn't even afford roast beef and wholegrain bread for my sandwich, I only got paid $60, and when I took up these diets deciding to buy what I want with my money, it was causing conflict and my mother was making it difficult and was hard to get along and doesn't want to support my diet, I told her if she gives me the wrong foods I'll throw it on the floor, and she finally said "you can eat what you want" and I said "thank you!", the point with these ridiculous diets is that I'm eating healthy food and my mother can't even provide for that, she only supports idiosyncratic, vegetarian diets, I wonder why? She tried to make me a tomato sandwich but I didn't want a tomato sandwich, I only take serving suggestions as I learned was appropriate for long life, good health and weight loss, not the other way around!, I just wanted a normal, healthy diet as a change from the liquid diet, is this normal?

I can't be bothered even trying to read that: change your diet immediately, it's affected the part of your brain that controls paragraphing and punctuation.

Heh heh heh! This diet needed a mental workout anyway, and that meant switching to gluten-free, soy-free beegan. :)

The advice of seek a therapist is always given by people whove not seem one.
If you have a weak mind, or money to waste, then by all means go ahead.
    Ive seen several.
They are a waste of someones money.
    Pitifully easy to manipulate.

If you're old enough to go on a fad diet, you're old enough to prepare your own food, and to be grateful when someone else makes food for you instead of throwing it on the floor like a toddler. Also if you're living with mommy rent free and spending all your money on gourmet food instead of saving money to move out and be a functional adult, she 100% has a right to complain. "Your money" stops being your mom's business when you're covering your own expenses without subsidies from the Bank of Mom.

That's true, but it's not gourmet food I want anymore, I already switched to soy-free, gluten-free vegan (or beegan) because this diet above makes me too full, and I think I'm satisfied with gluten-free vegan goodies from the 'Tres Clean, Tres Green, Tres Chic' cookbook which I bought a couple of years ago on the internet. Maybe I like "new" French cuisine, I saw the recipes, they're just regular, and French, vegan recipes, there's nothing "gourmet" about them. It's my responsibility to cook new French fare for myself without compromising on taste. Salads and these tarts, whatever they are, wouldn't be out of the question. I live in my own house and Mum isn't charging me rent in her house, she wants me out of there and in my own house.

I'm surprised your mother hasn't changed the locks. Nobody is halfway as obsessed with your bullshit as you are; pull your head out of your ass and act like an adult already.

    Id recognize you anywhere.
    Whats up?
You need to get a life.
    Lets start there.
Youre diet obsesion makes me ill.
Who do you think you are?
Be happy and greatful for whats put before you.
I do eat as I choose, and I pay for it. But I dont whine bitch moan and complain if everything isnt perfect.
Good to see youre off the vegan trip.
But, if you are still at home you should show your mother more respect.
Unless you are paying for 100% of your food.
Your attitude of Id throw it on the floor is juvenile.
Wish you had a dad around to beat your ass and teach you some respect.

Yeah, OK, the food now is already paid for, so I can have breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, and dinner throughout the day, I paid for it myself and brought it all to Mum's house. Now that we can accept that this is a healthy diet (and one that Mum thinks is unhealthy).

I say never! I'm a genius/smart person therefore I'm sane, the minimal rules is for them to never see a therapist, there's nothing wrong with them, furthermore believe what I say: I'm sane, because the minimal rules say so, you perfect-wrongist wanker!

Heh heh! I rest my case! Food is medicine, drugs and doctors aren't the answer, and since I'm a Christian Scientist that means you have to respect my religion!
