  • To some extent the body does know what it needs, but you can't always trust it. If you get very used to things like fat and sugar you will always crave it, even when you really shouldn't eat it.

    • true but like lets say someone is craving french fries really bad. i dont think that necessarily means they should eat french fries, but they should probably eat a vegetable.
