All I know is that mineral loss from the enamel causes a deposit of minerals that appears as a white spot on your teeth. And that mineral loss from enamel is usually caused by prolonged contact to acidic stuff (like plaque, coke (the drink), and stuff not brushed off of teeth and becomes acidic). I've also heard that taking some medicine can cause you to have a dry mouth which can also lead to white spots on the end of teeth. (I think cold meds can do this) and sleeping with your mouth open also contributes. I looked around and this seems like a good article on naturally healing your enamel and getting rid of those white spotties.
Is it normal to have this on my teeth?

Thank you so much! I read this whole article. It seems very useful and I will definitely try some of the things suggested to remineralize my enamel.
