Just because some people use a label to gain legitimacy for their beliefs, does not mean those people represent the wider body of theory. Picking on examples of extremists cannot logically discredit wider theory. If you show a greater interest in what people do rather than the strength of a body of theory, you are displaying a poor quality of imagination and an unambitious attitude to logic.
