I have low confidence and feel that I don't deserve anyone. That any woman would get bored of me because of how uninteresting I am. And that any woman can do something better with her precious life than to spend (or rather, waste) her time with me.
Counseling and meds may help...I have a lot of social anxiety and low self esteem and they helped me...not cure but reduce it enough that I can socialize
That seems a very dreary and boring way to live and you haven't answered my question above: who diagnosed you with social anxiety and what treatment was offered?
