Accept the fact that he isn't gay/bi. (unless you ask him casually about his opinion on it, if he is he would probably tell you )
If he's chill with gay/bi people but he isn't one, tell him how you thought he was good looking , but you would like to be friends with him ( so he doesn't avoid you)
